Description

The apartment is located in a quiet and panoramic area of Desenzano del Garda, at a walking distance from both the old town and Desenzano train station – an ideal solution for big families or groups in the beautiful setting of Lake Garda.

The apartment is on one floor only with own entrance. It can accomodate up to 12 people and it consists of 4 bedrooms (two double bedrooms and two with two single beds each), a spacious living room with two double sofa beds, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), a dining room for the 12 guests and a eat-in kitchen. The apartment also has its own spacious terraces with a beautiful view of Lake Garda.

There is also a private garage and free parking close by.

At your arrival, I will welcome you personally to show you the apartment, the main services and to give you the keys. I will also be there at the moment of departure, to check the apartment and to get the keys back.

The apartment is located in a quiet area. The old town and the lake are reachable on foot in a few minutes. Nearby, there is a public swimming pool and a park (ca. 1 km). Within approximately 500 meters, you can also find various stores (supermarket, bakery, grocery’s, etc.).

The city bus, that can take you to the different parts of Desenzano, stops only 20 meters away from the apartment. 

The train station is only 500 meters away and from there you can reach the main cities (Verona, Venezia, Brescia, Milano, etc.), the villages around the lake (Sirmione, Salò, Peschiera), amusement parks (Gardaland, Caneva AquaPark, Movieland) and shopping malls.
